The Halal Eats Admin team had sent an email inquiry to La Cocina company on whether their products were Halal or Kosher friendly. While they made no claim of being Halal or Kosher as they could not provide any Halal certification, they did mention that there were no animal products or ingredients used for making their tortilla chips or corn tortillas. The enzymes used are plant derived. Please see the screenshot of the email for further proof. We appreciate the company for being transparent and answering our questions.
