We received a response to an email we had sent to Kellogg’s on the Halal, Kosher and Vegetarian status of their protein waffle product, specifically the Chocolate Brownie one. They responded that the product is not Halal certified and is neither vegetarian but it definitely is Kosher certified (OU-D Kosher code). Going through the list of ingredients, we found no alcohol listed as well. We appreciate Kellogg’s/Kellanova for their transparency in answering our inquiry.
